Terms of Service

Shipping & Deliveries
  • Lead times from date of order to delivery can take up to 7-12 working days, due to items being prepared on demand.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Shipping is available within South Africa.
  • Tax invoice available on request.
Turnaround Times

The turnaround time on your order with Prints starts when:

  • You’ve paid the order in full.
  • We have all the information required to complete your order.
  • All shipping info etc. is provided.

Delay in receipt of any of this information could result in production delays. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround time.

Local Pickup

If you have selected ‘Local Pickup’ as shipping option, you will need to collect your parcel at Printco Merch, 29 Hibernia St, George Central, George, 6529 once the order has been completed (please note lead times). Operating hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Quality Assurance

Our partner, Printco Merch tries to check every garment as it comes off of the heat press, but there are times where some mistakes will make it out the door. We allow an industry standard 48 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with the order.

Payments

Payments are made via Payfast directly to PrintCo Merch. 

Returns
  • We offer a 48 hour return window for defected items from the time you receive the goods.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • To complete your return, please contact us below and provide your order number and reason for return.
  • You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts will not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Items that are not logged for return within 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift items will be refunded to the original purchaser.
Refunds
  • Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
